Though, I do try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 times a week and do control my eating habits and it is showing great results. I have lost about 8lbs in 2 weeks..slow and steady weight loss :) I have tried many different Hoodia based appetite suppressants but nothing works like Unique Hoodia.
